hi guys I am just wondering if I should put any wax or stuff on my rockbass corvette becuase the neck always gets sticking?
 
Only wax your rockbass if it's an "oil Finish" bass.Stained or laquered basses need not be waxed.cheers mate.
 
what about the neck and finger board should i put anything on those?
 
if you are so desperate to wax something on your rockbass you should wax the neck...

but please...do NOT wax the fingerboard, mate ... this is no vaselin, it's wax

i mean i never tried to play on a waxed fingerboard but i really don't think it is THAT much better

Oil

Wax the back, and lemon oil the fretboard...
 
I've got a Corvette Rockbass - it's a high gloss finish, so doesn't need waxing, I just use a standard guitar cleaner (Fender, in this case, which works well and smells nice).
My bass is fretless, but a bit of lemon oil on the fretboard works well. The back of the neck doesn't get too sticky... maybe because I don't sweat much... why? It's late May and still like the bloody ice age here!
 
Rockbass instruments do not need to be Waxed. Only oil-finished instruments require a regular Wax treatment as part of the regular care.

hm it's starting to get hot here..like 25-27° last couple days..
 
Back home in the Dominican Republic they're having it up to 34 and here in Florida is the same. that's around 78 farenheit for those of you who prefer that kind of measurement.
