Erlend Caspersen videos!

Erlend is my favorite bassist and i draw a lot of inspiration from him, i posted something about him awhile back
 
one of my favorite bassists all time. Really a master in his genre. And yes he comes from norway.

As far as extreme bass in metal goes, he's one of my favourites, a real testament to what dedication and practice can achieve!
 
And the production on BRT's latest finally does his playing justice...you can hear him and hear him well - not all that easy beneath the old school Death Metal din!! Awesome stuff!
 
Hah, funny thread. I recently added a new vid where I`ve adapted the Wooten sweep/slap technique and made my own. Might be of some use.

Actually, I was looking for the Warwick logo to use in a booklet for a CD , since I`m under contract , and realized there was a forum here as well :D

Thanks alot. I`m far from the only one that do this sort of thing , but there are tons of different approaches to get a clean and defined outcome. Just got to see which one suits you the best .

Yeah, what's up with that? I think it's common knowledge that Norway is the nordic country with all the black/death metal bands, not Denmark. :lol: :lol: :lol:

But, we all know which country produces the better bands, i.e., Sweden!

I've seen some amazing guitarists from Denmark.I think it's just coinicidence that alot seem to be Danish.It could be worse guys.Like when most people think of Aussies,they think we're all beer swilling,singlet wearing,meat pie eating,crocodile jumping pack of hoons,yobbos & bogans.This simply isnt true.Everyone knows all the bogans are from Melbourne. :shock: :lol:
