Different Warwick Basses

Hi,

I'm totally new here, but I've got a question about the Warwick basses, since there are so many of 'em, and many have similar names/looks.

So here's my question:

What's the difference between a Corvette FNA Jazzman, an FNA Jazzman and a Streamer Jazzman? And with difference I mean specs, quality and price.
I doubt whether there is any difference between the first two, but I hear both names quite often so just wondering if these are the same. Then the most important question for me is the difference between the 1st/2nd and the 3rd.
The specs of both basses are the same, so is it just cosmetique? Because Corvette and Streamer are quite different ranges of bass.

So please help me out.

The Corvette FNA Jazzman and the FNA Jazzman are indeed exactly the same, just different names for the same animal...

The Streamer Jazzman has a different body shape, but the rest of the specs are indeed again the same...

The price difference between the corvette range and the streamer range comes from the fact that the corvette are "flat bodied", whereas the streamers are contoured, which means that the body of the bass is curved... Some prefer flat, some prefer contoured, it all comes down to personnal preferences in the esthetics of the body shape and playing comfort...

I have a question.... what makes a corvette an FNA?? I think its the laminated top, no??

So do the corvette and streamer jazzmans sound the same? I have a proline and I think I was looking more for a Jazzman sound but I don't know what the difference is between the Corvette FNA/Jazzman and Streamer LX Jazzman and Streamer Jazzman too.

Not necessarily I don't think. An FNA really is a Corvette body. I think it was probably just a different name used because the MM pickup was a depature from the standard JJ pickups the Corvettes had had up until then. Hence a different name.

I've had corvette standards in the past, and currently have an FNA. Great basses

I've not had the chance to play a Streamer Jazzman, but the FNA Jazzman sounds pretty sweet...it'll be good for funk and jazz. I'm into metal so I didn't get this one.
