Corvette Proline vs $$

Can I have your opinion about the proline and the $$ ... Witch one is your favorite one and why ? I will have the money for my first Warwick bass next week (:D:D:D:D) and I will commend one of these two from basscentral so I would like to have your opinion ... But I think that I will go with a natural oil finished $$ 5 strings ;).

Personally, I would go for (and did) a $$ over a Proline every time. They have the same active 2-band preamp, and while most would buy the $$ to run in "humbucker mode" - if you wanted a single-coil tone (like the Proline) you just flick the coil-tap switches and you've got it. Best wishes.
 
I've never tried a Proline... but my $$ is great, and hugely versatile. Try them both out if you can... you never know, there might just be something about the proline you prefer.

But you're not likely to be disappointed with the $$ - and I use ALL the different pickup options (including passive operation)
