I am ouner of a Corvette basic 5 aktiv.
What are different on the Corvette clasic 5

The difference is the body wood. The Warwick Corvette Classic uses ash or bubinga as body wood and wenge or ovangkol in the neck. I believe The rockbasses use carolena as body wood and maple/rosewood for the necks.

The only difference between the Rockbass Active
and Classic, is that the Classic has a 3A Flamed
Maple cap over it's Alder body. Now, I don't know
if you can find the Classic in multiple finishes or
not, but to my knowledge, they come with the
"Almond Sunburst" finish. However, the Premium
which is essentially the same thing, comes in a
"Natural High Polish" finish only.

The Premium comes with a flamed maple top of considerable thickness, it surely adds something to the sound. The Classic has just a very thin veneer.
