Hello :)

I've got a question concerning my Warwick bass. I would like to buy colored strings for it but I can't find them anywhere except in MusicStore (I'm from Germany). The problem with my bass is that I need special(?!) strings because of the saddle. At the moment I use Warwick Black Label 40301. The b-string has this 045-135 special thing.
My question is: Are there colored strings with this specialty?

Greetings
Chris

Farz I know, the only colored strings are DRs,
and they are not taper-core nor exposed core.

Welcome to the forum Chris.
Buy any strings you want, then, remove the tailpiece, and modify it with a file, until the B and E strings will fit. It's a 30 minutes job, and then all the strings will fit in your tailpiece.

Cheers, Flo

Thank you :)
I'll buy the strings and as soon as they arrive I'll catch my rasp an file it until it fits.

The stated concern in the OP was not the tailpiece
but the saddle. You can file the notch in the saddle
and then tweak its pair of height screws to restore
the radius of the overall string set.

Saddles are not expensive and are easy to replace.

IF YOU HAVE A PIEZO BRIDGE ignore this post.
Nothing written above applies to piezo saddles.
