Warwick doesn't do this unfortunately: this has been discussed like half a year ago. I personaly cannot help you with who could do the job.

I think somewhere like SIMS in UK would do it... it's a long way to send your bass though. You can take off the neck and strip off all the electronics, though... I think this also makes it cheaper as it saves them doing it.
Alternatively, you could find a trusted luthier in your part of the world that might do it!
If my Nirvana Black $$ crosses the line between mojo'd and just plain beat-up, I might send it to SIMS.
