I have a hughes & kettner BASSBASE 600 (1994, but the same as the one they make now)

The manufacturer's site says it's power output is:

Output Power (RMS):
410 watts/ 8 ohms, 650 watts/ 4 ohms, 840 watts/ 2 ohms

Output Power (DYNACLIP):
550 watts/ 8 ohms, 840 watts/ 4 ohms, 1010 watts/ 2 ohms

I am running it through a dark blue hughes and kettner 4x10. i can't find anything about it on the internet because it's so old and i need to know it's power capabilities.

I want a 1x15 to go along with my 4x10 (warwick or ampeg) but i want to know what that will do to my power. if you know, please tell!

I found out what the cab i have is:
Hughes & Kettner

Bass Custom Series 410 H
600 watts/ 8 ohms

i was looking at the Ampeg B115E 1X15 Speaker Cabinet
it has:
200W RMS/400W peak power handling
8 ohms

so will that work?

if not, any recommendations for $350 (US) or less?

the warwick wca 115pro will work fine with this. you'll end up with the head working at 840 watts with cabs designed to work at something near 1000 watts...so its all good, go for it!
