$800 Corvette

I found an $800 corvette STD Ash, with passive pickups at GC. Is this a good deal? Is it so good that I should be suspicious/worried? Why is this bass so much cheaper than other 'wicks?

that's about what they're going for on Ebay... and you don't ahve to pay shipping. I'd try it out, check all of the electronics, and give it a full volume test. if it passes everything, get it before someone else does!
