About a month or so ago I was about to acquire a passive Corvette 4, but the deal fell through at the last minute. Now I know that things do happen for a reason!

Last night I acquired a Thumb 5 BO in a trade off TB. This is my first 5'ver and I'm totally pumped. Below are some pics the seller sent me; I'll post some more when I receive it.

Awesome trade and welcome to the forum! I love the Thumb BO 5. There aren't many 5-string basses that I like but the Thumb BO is one of them. I especially love the small contoured body. Congratulations once again!

Great choice!

This is one bass that you might want to keep for the rest of your life.

Enjoy!

I just trading two of my thumb BN's in for a thumb NT 5, and I really miss them. I think that they sounded different than the NT, but just as nice! I'm thinking about buying another on the account that I miss my fretted 5 thumb BN so much. Trust me.... don't ever trade it in!!! :(

I should have it by next Thursday. I definitely plan on the keeping the Thumb for a long, long time. I traded my Fender MIA '62 RI as I'm moving more to progressive rock/metal stuff and the Fender isn't doing much for me these days. I use a Ibanez RKB900 to handle most of my Precision/ Jazz work.

Your going to love the way this bass sounds for all music types! :) Plus the thumb's body shape is the most comfortable of all the Warwicks I've owned.

I received my thumb today fellas! this is truly an amazing bass, by far the best i've ever owned. now i'm thinking about upgrading my rig!

anybody try a markbass little mark II with a thumb?

Great trade! I have always wanted a Warwick and I finally got the Corvette I wanted. but, a Thumb is still a dream at this point! Right now 2 kids and one on the way = no money for toys!!
