violet

I've been searching for a picture of a SSI in French Violet oil finish for a while now, but I can't find any. I searched through this entire forum as well, and I couldn't see one anywhere. I figure that the chances are that there is at least one somewhere in the world. Anyone got one?

thinking of getting a corvette $$ BO in french violet. Im a fan of dark purple and black... very shadowy and gloomy. I saw the purple custom shop Corvette on flamed maple.. looks good. But im wondering how it would on swamp ash. Ive seen nothing but nice stain jobs (red and honey) on a few wicks...

hi i waas wndering if anyone know what the colour looks like on ash. I want a deep purple, but french violet looks almost like a magenta. However in the catalog on the page of customs there is a an ash bodied thumb bass. For some reason its really dark purple. WHich is exaclty what i was looking...
