upgrading

Do any of you guys now if it is possible/easy to upgrade a passive Warwick to active? I'm thinking of buying a second hand Corvette Standard 5 passive for cheap and then upgrading it to active later on. Any thoughts? I assume I could just go straight to MEC and order the preamp etc. Dave

Hi, I have just purchased a 2001 std streamer from ebay in the UK. Bass is almost perfect. I would, however. like to upgrade the electronics to active. Is this possible? If so. What is the simplest and most cost effective way of doing it. Regards, The Hamster :-)
