suggestion

ok - my first thread. being rickenbacker player for almost 20 years i'm used to two channels output. for both recording and live. some time ago i acquired a thumb 4 nt w/ mec electronics. and i miss one channel for each pickup. very much it would be great if anybody has idea/experience...

Well, I love the Thumb look and sound, but it's preamp is so-so. I'd like a more versatile preamp while keeping the Thumb sound. I also don't want to drill any holes. I still want the thumb sound and a little more. The Treble is also pretty hissy. If you do recommend a preamp, can you please...
