I just bought my new Corvette $$ in black coloured oil finish. My dealer also sold me a pot of Warwick "surface finisher" wax for polishing the body. But in the enclosed owner manual, it says, that "all colored oil models are completely sealed by their finish" and "a wax treatment is not...

On my Corvette Standard, Bubinga, you can feel the seam in the center where it was put together. Since the finish is oil, not gloss, I assumed this is normal. However, is it normal?

Has the Buzzard LTD and the Buzzard Bolt On the exact same Body shape?? It looks like the BO is large? Or is it the LTD's 26 fretted fingerboard that makes the body look smaller, since it's 2 frets closer to the neck Pickup..
