WTF copyright infringement?

That body shape look identical to my Korean SN spector.....a bit "slabbier" than my 2000s streamers. But surely spector might have a few things to say about such blatant copies.
 
I'm pretty sure it's from the same factory as most European/American brands produce their stuff, it's just made 'after hours'

First of all, we are talking trademarks here, not copyright.

Actual court decisions so far indicate that you can only put the headplate shape, but not the body shape, under a trademark. Obviously, your company name and logo are trademarked. That Chinese site is in the green since the headplate is different and they use "S" instead of "W".

Russian single-instance handmade instruments modeled after some Western bass are probably not doing too much damage if they are high quality and provided to those who are cut off from German supply.

Can that crap be easily reported to eebay? its silly but i'd hate for someone to actually pay big dollars through ignorance.

I tried but my work firewall will let me see ebay lisitngs, but not log in or go to ebay popup pages.

No, I'm not joking. No gold hw allowed for Weirdwicks! It's only good that most of them have black hw. So black hw is the first indicator for a bad copy bass!
