WSL Bass

Anyone here know of a brand called WSL? I saw a WSL bass online and I liked the look but know nothing about the brand. Never heard of them. Google didn't help either. The price is low so I was thinking it would make a nice fixer-upper, or maybe it's utter junk and not worthwhile.

Anyone heard of them before?
