has anyone watched Serbia V Germany? :)
any comments?

PS: the Slovenians scored on the US.
 
I'm French, so I'll try to avoid any comment...

As I said somewhere else on the Web, France-Mexico made me feel like women every month, the painful end of a cycle...

well, yes , I did. a pitty that our trainer sticks to guys like klose who sat on the bench of bayern munich a whole season. podolski also had a bad season. the best players had to stay in germany. it is only just if they need to fight back now. though i also felt that the refferee was a bit strange. anyway, congratulations to serbia, see you again later in tournament! :-)
 
yeah, Klose had a bad season, and he was very temeramental in the match. i think Podolski posed a good threat, but maybe you should've played with Kießling and Helmes in front? the referee was pretty harsh, but i think he was fare, he didn't damage anybody too much (germany 5 yellow cards, serbia 4). i think that our tactic won us a game, we did some very nice flank shifts, opened up pretty nicely, and closed most of your attacks with the formation. on the other side, your balls went between our central backs too much, you broke through the center several times, it was a dangerous game. you had some great chances (a post and a penalty), but so did we (a crossbar by Žigić, misplaced shot by Ninković, a free kick by Kolarov..).
thanks, all best luck to Germany, too. Germany is my 2nd favorite team on the World Cup (after my country) and i really want to see your guys winning the finals. if we don't get there ;)

Strangest WC since I can remember. ♣♣♣♣in vuvuzelas and favorites failing hard!
 
Football is the only game I think where matches can end with no goals and no winner. Still it's the most popular, isn't it strange? I hate the vuvuzelas, I think they suck. We want to hear the crowd cheering damn it! I believe they play a small part in the poor quality football we have seen up to now. But football has progressed a lot, on a club level we saw some magnificent football this year, it's not as simple as getting the best players of your country then having a good team... Good teams need lots of work nowadays. Perhaps we will see better matches in the next round...
 
PS. About the vuvuzelas, I seriously believe they can mess up the players' and coaches' brains with all that noise...
 
Well my home country aint doing well at all. What the hell are England playing at?

You have no idea how many jokes about our national team we have... Specially since the "sexy Zahia D." story... But they are hardly translatable, and not eaasily writable on a public forum... loool

today they finally played like they should! ronaldo just found his ketchup ;) ... he's a great player but he's trying too hard to show he's the best....if he would play more for the team and less to himself (like some parts today) it would be best!
