Wooden components?

Would you buy wooden components if made available?

Any news on when/if the Warwick boys will have wooden pick up covers, truss rod covers and wooden knobs available? Would these be sold as custom shop items only or will they be available for us to buy and retro-fit?

I'm interested in this also...

Me not.

For me Basses are a symbiosis of wood and technology. And as long as Bridge and frets and other gear is not wooden (and never will be ;) ), i don't see any point in making just a few parts wooden and the others not.
doesn't look to neat, too. imo.

I'm not big on pickup covers, but wooden control knobs to match the body would be sweet. Throw in a ramp with the price and I'm sold. :D

The new knobs with the inlays are sold seperately as well..............So it would be nice if you don't need to buy a new basss for some wooden gear. I love to have some Ebony control knobs: I voted Yes. :D

although i voted no thinking about it i am a little interested in wooden ramps and knobs

ramps yes.....everything else no.

I love the contrast the hardware makes with the bass especially the gold on flamed maple or black on ash.

No they not be available, at least not in the near future...

I've asked for wooden pick-up covers when I ordered my bass last year and was told that they were working on it... I'd love some wooden $$'s!

Nah, it`s enough wood.
Plastic-workers need work too.

Save the forrest, climb the trees!!!!
