My old Warwick amps have rackears that dont even fit non-sliding/flexible cases...

Couldn't fit two amps and a racktuner in a 5U case, and now I can't fit my rack drawer and my stuff in a 4U case...
Couldn't I just take a drill and widen the amps screw holes?

Hi Gnermo, I've never noticed that, yes, I guess you need to improvise a little :-)

It's a regular Gator case, they're pretty solid to be honest...
It's the amps that are stuipid, I can fit all my other 1U equipment in there just fine... :P

I too had to resort to a metal file to make my LWA1000 rack ears fit in a rack.

Still, with any cheap ass thon case with sliders never any problem.
You can try 10 different brand amps and the holes will never be at the right spot. Promis.

The case is the problem not the amps.
