I am, looking forward to seeing the warwick stand as usual. Im taking my 1985 Steinberger pick guard and hoping to get it signed by Ned. As he usually works his NS stand. I have tickets to the Thursday night bass bash gig as well.

So apart from all the work meetings I have on, cant wait! Also playing at a US manufacturer party with a bunch of band mates iv never met. We learn the songs and have no reversals and just go for it. The company sells speakers and amps so will be a nice big system to play through.

Cool! Tech21 will reveal their Dug Pinnick pedal, which is expected to ship from april 2018. Could you guys check that out if it does? I reckon it will seriously kick some major butt.

Is yours an XL2?

Wow 12 hours man I don't know if I could handle that! Who do you work for that you get to go? (Don't have to answer if I am being a rude American!)

I work for a company that distributes Shure and QSC into New Zealand.

Was in the US a month ago for three days, flights there and back and jet lag almost killed me ha ha

I have the QSC GX5, wish that I had waited and gotten the GX7. Not so much for more power but less weight 7 kg vs 12.6.
 
I have several sm58 and one sm57 but switched to Sennheiser and AudioTechnica mics.

The SM58 makes my voice sound harsh so I switched to an e935 for my vox, and the off-axis response of the SM57 makes it harder for me then needed to mic up the snare. I only ever use it as a secondary mic on guitar cabs.
