Which bass did I buy?

Have a look on the truss rod cover on the headstock - it should say "Thumb" or "Corvette".

If not... if your top horn comes up to the 13th fret, it's a Corvette.
If the top horn comes up to around the 15th fret (much shorter) it's a Thumb.
Is the bridge pickup horizontal (Corvette) or on an angle (Thumb)?
Of course there are other differences (timber, electronics, etc...) but they're the most obvious.
Of course as Jeff mentioned, if you post a pic we'll tell you for sure.
