Which alternate tunings do you use?

So I'm trying out other tunings for the heck of it and am really liking fbeadg with these D'Addario nickel wounds with the neck flat and low action... This setup is awesome for tapping and sweet for slapbass and double thumping :)

I'm going to post another vid on youtube tonight of me messing around with this tuning...

So what tunings do you guys use?
 
CEADG on my Sandberg, BEADG dropped one half step on my Warwick.
 
ive never needed to use different tunings. ive never been needed to play superfast with ever other note an open (thus needing other tunings for different keys) and the times i have played with fast heavy bands i liked to play slowish to make things interesting. ive found everything ive ever needed to play is fine with standard
 
GDAD (TOOL and stuff), and my 5 stringer: FCGDA. I like the slightly reduced string tension and slightly darker sound of this tuning.

I play in a cover band and we play all the songs in their recorded tunings, so we use 4 tunings...
 
Standard on 4-string
Vampyre tuned half- and whole step down,
depending on songs.
 
Standard for pretty much everything although recently i've needed to drop d tune for some songs, but thats only because i down graded from 5 to 4 strings.

I quite like DABG# for some solo songs i've tried gives nice harmonic chords but completely impractical.
 
I use BDADA quite a bit... it gives a similar overtone series to the popular "DADGAD" guitar tuning.
 
Drop D is about as extreme as it gets for me, but that's not in my band situation, yet. I used to play tuned a whole step down, but I've since gone back to "regular" tuning for the past 2 years.

My guitarist has 2 guitars, one standard, and one BEADGB, but that has no effect on my 5er.

Interesting! Which gauges do you use for that purpose?

Well, what I'm doing mostly is 5ths tunings: C₁G₁D₂A₂ on 4, C₁G₁D₂A₂E₃ on 5; on 6 string, however, currently I have a hybrid 4th on top C₁G₁D₂A₂E₃A₃; standard 4ths E₁A₁D₂G₂ I use on fretless and a 4 string almost only used for slapping. In the past I used D₁G₁C₂F₂ a lot on another fretless.
 
On my four stringers mostly EADG with just a little drop D and on my five string it's EADGC.
 
thanks to seth, i've been opened to the world of the BEADF# tuning... the top (G) string is just tuned down a half step... but it makes some stretches a little more practical.... and makes some chording a little prettier. i also think it's a better transition to replace the perfect 4th between the D and G strings. I use that when i write my solo stuff, but with my band we play in standard in all except for one song where i play in drop D/G (GDADG) it adds some nice low notes (the song is supposed to be quite atmospheric). so yeah :) there's what i use.
