Hy there
A friend of mine wants to trade a SR5 for a Thumb NT4 from the late 80's / early 90's with barts.
He doesn't have the serial number yet, only this picture

I can see here that it has the JANI, vintage trussrod cover, 2 piece bridge and probably the no volute neck.

What's the value that you guys think this bass is worth? (he want's to sell it)
Will it be difficult to sell? (lately it seems that 2nd hand warwicks are a little hard to sell)
Thanks in advance for the attention!

Cheers

No dots, no Schaller tuners, more like 90-91. Early 90's that is. But not from the late 80's.

As for the value, hum, between 1000 and 1300€ seems pretty fair.

Thanks dude!
This things are being selled to cheap!

Cheers

watch out some late 80 wicks don't have any dot inlays either! but paul is right because of the tuners, good eyes mate:)

for a private sale i would say a 4 stringer is tempting by a price from 600 to 1000euros and not more from what i see here in switzerland.
for example: i bought a 88 thumb nt5 for 650 and the same from 94 for 800 euros!
a fair price is always as much as the buyer is willing to pay for it. but you're right joe things are getting to cheap compared to other basses.

it took ages for me to get my gamertag linked, because ea site bugged for me. I finally got it to work not so long ago, and am finally able to see screenshots i've taken. And those were taken by accident, when i didn't know how to take 'em (only noticed the feature when "achievement unlocked" popped on my screen, for unlocking the one that you get from taking 3 screenshots). So they are mostly just closeups of ground, with couple knifekills

wtf?
