Whats that buzz?

hey guys,
some advice, ive just changed my strings on my FNA5-string, this was the first time i changed them since i picked-up my bass around 3wks ago. In the owners kit there was a supplied a set of strings, they're the same gauge as the ones which came with the bass (i asssume). i replaced each string in term rather than taking the old set off first.

So i happily change strings and notice fret buzz on 6th fret through to 8th on my E string and8th\9th on my A string.
Ive never had such localised fret buzz before. Is this a truss rod job or a simple bridge adjustment?
I only ask this as the bass was set-up by the custom shop and it played like a dream so i dont really want to muck things up :cry:
 
Hi, there are lots of questions about set ups here at the forum and I would encourage you to read the manual, you'll find everything you need there. It's probably not a rod adjustment if it's only the E and A-string, try a little lift on the nut on that side first, if that doesn't help restore the nut and highten the single strings at the bridge, a quarter of a turn a time. If the D and G strings have a big space (high action) it could be that you'll need some neck relief. But, as said in the beginning, you will fins a healthy portion of advice in the manual.
