hey, i was in my local music shop today and found a used Corvette pro line for a really good price, but it doesn't come with anything to tell me what year it was made. Is there anything on the bass itself that could tell me what year it was made?

hi!

check the last two digits in the serial number. they denote the year the bass was built.

ok thanks. lol i know this is a newbie question but where is the serial number located?
 
Back of the headstock, between the tuners. There will be a letter, then 6-digit number, then a 2-digit number like: A-012345-07. A= January, B= February, and so on. The 6 digit number is internal record-keeping stuff from Warwick, the last two digits are the year. Best of luck!! ~M~
