What are you listening to..ATM?

da youtube channel of bass player Scott Whitley Scott Whitley inspired me to watch sum old vidz of my all time favorite Scottish band Big Country ... Back in da 80'z I had all their recordz and most of their 12 inchez (still have em btw) ... Scott is their current bass player, Tony Butler (an englisman) was da one during da timez Big Country was BIG !! ...
... kinda makez me feel old but also proud and happy that I am from da generation that clapped their handz and danced and sang along to da music (iow fully enjoyed) at concertz ... instead of making useless vidz and picz supposedly (?) to prove that they waz there too ... 8:
Stuart Adamson'z (RIP) cry at da intro of "In a Big Country" still givez me da SHOT ...

Do you have a song/vid that you recurrently listen/watch every now and then?

Well, that happens to me with this performance of APC...

What? No one listens to Hattler? I thought he was popular in Europe. No one here in the USA, that I have asked, knew who he was. Quite sad really. I listen to Hattler regularly, including right now! Here is a youtube clip of him playing Intro Mine, which is pretty impressive in my opinion:

Hattler!!!!!

Hattler's latest CD, Warhol Holidays, is out and it is awesome!! Hellmut Hattler is the band leader, and quite a bassist as well. Also, he is one heck of a nice guy. Here is one of the tracks on youtube:

i should've discovered this many years ago, but only did a few months back.
since then, i frequently listen to this wonder of music...
