And only 6 weeks til I'm in Africa again :d

Where in Africa? There's such great music over there...

This is a "dream team" recording of musicians from Cuba and Mali (Eliades Ochoa, Toumani Diabaté, etc). They played in Madrid a few weeks ago. Amazing!

Working in Ethiopia, Rwanda and DR Congo on this next trip

Afrocubism would have been a good gig by the sounds of it.

Wish I could get these gig's on in the States at the moment though:

heh...I'm listening (again) to 41 shots...
tho I'm a huge Living Colour fan I never heard this song before...
Thanx Ubo !...8:

Song has a lot of history / controversy given the subject matter. Take a look at Bruce Springsteens Wiki page for more info. It's a great cover though.

Cheers

For some odd reason, ubo's posts reminded me of Devin Townsend's instrumental "Down and Under". I share now. :)

OK, back to the grind - pun intended. Total Carcass worship from Madrid (hey Nacho, you ever see them around?).
Funny, heavy, bloody, noisy, female guitarist, great bass face at 1:23...
