What Are You Drinking Right Now?

Caleb is back at Harrington's View after a month's travel to four different destinations-- just the last week in Kamchatka took me a year to write-- so I figured I'd have a glass (or more) of Duo Pinot Grigio at the Java Owl coffee shop--

I did actually-- prefer real coke but traffic was so bad--

Been dealing with allergies and a touch of bronchitis and, despite the cola, it tasted better than Nyquil and the buzz was pretty nice too!

Understood- I’m generally not a whiskey drinker apart from the occasional glass of scotch which I drink neat.

In this case my bro gave me a paper bag saying it might help with my feeling under the weather and in it was the Maker’s Mark and two cans of Coke. So I went with it.

Regarding the scotch- it’s generally the gift glass from a friend, sometimes single malt, sometimes blended, but always the best, because according to a friend from Fife, the best scotch is someone else’s!

I don't mind Makers Mark, but I'd go straight and skip the Coke 😉
