Waxing

it has oiled coloured finish and you only need a dampened towel to wipe that off. The wax will ruin the oil colored finish I was told. My fortress has the same finish and I was told this same thing by several people. That's why Warwick does not recommend waxing on these finishes.
 
well i took lemon oil and wiped it all of, it is all nice and shiny now, but i was tapping the bass in different places like, near the knobs, and in between the strings, and like three inches higher then the pick up, and near the knobs, the would sound very dry
 
There will be sound differences in tapping on the body of the bass due to routing into the body for the electronics, wiring and elec cavity.
