Warwick thumb bo5 - 93 model worth 950eur?

Hi there, been interested in buying a Warwick thumb for about 6 years now after hearing the fantastic sound of Ryan Martinie of Mudvayne, now I've found two used Warwick thumbs near me for sale, both for about 950eur, one is a thumb bo5 5 string model from 1993 and one is a 4 string model (doesn't say model name)

Are these good prices for the bass guitars?

I got my thumb bo 5 from 94 for 1000 euros, so I think it s a good price. But you should check it out carefully, because it obviously still is an old bass Mine was ok, though I m still not happy with the high action and straight neck I have to set it to so it has enough string tension to sound allright.
Though the luthier I took it to said there was nothing wrong with anything, but still, check it out throughly before you buy it.

As Paul said, 950 for a Thumb BO5 it's a fair price if the bass is in good conditions, However for a little more or even the same price you can find a Thumb NT.. It depends on what you are looking for
