warwick online shop not working??

Hi,
i've been trying to order a new jack socket for my thumb from the warwick online shop,
but it seems the site won't let me complete my order.

I've mailed the customers service about this problem and they told me to use internet explorer instead of mozilla firefox to solve this problem,
but after trying several times even with internet explorer and other browsers i still can not complete my order..

(it seems i can never get passed the shopping cart part without being redirected to the"my account section'

any help?

i'm trying to order : Stereo jack, closed ,Black R4

Right, if the browser handles the cookie right then the only thing that could be at fault is the java processing, but if other buttons work this one should as well. Let them know you tried with IE and which version you used
 
Try it usin MSIE's compatibility mode. Microsoft are known to screw up with any new versions of their beloved browser.
If that doesn't help try using google chrome.
 
uhm.. still not working, does the website work for you guys?

Also Shlobodan keeps telling me that i might have picked the wrong jack for my thumb, but i checked the connection and it looks the same to me.. anyone know if it's possible that i need the R5 instead of the R4???
 
I bought the stereo jack socket from the webshop last year and fitted it into both a thumb nt and a dolphin pro 1.
It is wired mono and works like a charm.
 
mmm... i've changed browser twice now and still can't get the order through.. :(
isn't there anyone here that can take my order by any chance??... :)
 
I think if you write to [email protected] and you say exactly what you need, they can sell you the parts. Would you try that, and explain that it didn't worked?

Can you confirm that it's the R4 and not the R5 that will fit my thumb?
