warwick neck thickness

when you read the thickness specs for the warwick neck there is 2 measurements, at 1st and 12th or 24 fret.Do these specs include the fret height or only the neck wood?

I believe, frets aren't part of the neck, although they are installed on the neck.. So, I think only wood is included.

Also, neck profile means more to how big a neck feels then measured thickness does. Just saying...

my wife says thickness is more important than profile. ..... but that rule may not apply here
