So i just purchased my first Warwick from a music shop I work at, but it didn't come with the hardware the owner's manual talks about. Am I just as good to get the allen keys at a typical harware store...or is there a way to get the Warwick brand tools from a dealer somewhere??? Thanks fellas.

I would strongly recommend getting the official Warwick 5mm truss rod tool. Other forum members have gotten into serious trouble using a generic hex wrench. The neck rod socket is not hardened steel, and can easily strip if you don't use the Warwick tool. I got mine from Dana B. Goods (ten bucks) , but there may be another Warwick dealer closer to you.

The Tools for adjusting the bridge are less critical.

this is true,in another thread some guy stripped his truss rod using a hex key,go with the warwick truss rod tool 100%!
the rest of the hardware is fine with "good quality" hex keys.1.5mm,2mm & 5mm i think they are.
