Hi! Old post but tries anyway. I am in need for a 1-way aluminium trussrod, Any chance you have on lying around for sale? While im at it i allso need a new battery compartment lid.

are you aware that Warwick offers a replacement made of steel?

Yes. It’s quite a difference in weight is’nt it? Neckdive problems? I dont know, the 1-way Alu trossrod is the one i have at the moment and i guess they dont sell them any more. As a documented warwick conneseur, would you go for the steel rod?
 
if your bass does not have a neckdive problem already I would go for the steel rod.

If you decide however to go with the aluminum one you
should take out the old one first as there are differences in length. And the spare one I have might be too long.
 
I just by accident found out that a dealer in sweden had one lying around. Hopefully i will get it this week. If something goes wrong ill come back to you for your alu rod. Did you possible have a battery compartment with lid or only a lid?
 
What kind of SD?
I would be also interested in a set of black Warwick hardware for a 4 string ;)
