Just thought I'd share some thoughts about dealing with Warwick over the last few months.
I had a small complaint about the quality of a rock bag so mailed Warwick about it on their standard mail address. HPW emailed me back immediately himself and rectified the problem. Incredible service.
So I then mailed him back a few weeks later to say thanks and dropped in a video of our latest single, which he loved and he put me in touch with his web marketing guy who offered to put on the Warwick Facebook site - which they did last night.
Flo had also given me some contacts with marketing at Warwick.
From start to finish, I couldn't dream of dealing with nicer, friendlier and more supportive guys. Everyone was happy to help, and so enthusiastic about our music.
I've been playing only Warwick basses for 20 years (apart from my Hamer 12 occasionally) and it makes me proud to be playing an instrument that has been made by such a great company.
Absolutely gutted I won't get to bass camp this year. But I will be doing everything I can to get there in 2014.
