warrety warwick bass

Hi,welcome to the forum.
I think your first port of call is the original selling dealer, then maybe the distributor for your country.

I'm wanting to find out also, US Music is not responsive. Not too happy here.

+1. First the dealer. Only if they've gone bankrupt, or something like that, should you need to contact the distributor.

Just wanted to share this with everyone on the subject of warranty.
I recently became the keeper of a 2009 ash Corvette Standard, whilst cleaning and setting it up I found a badly formed thread on one of the machinehead bush/nuts which wouldn't tighten up.As the bass is not 2 years old,and not having a local Warwick dealer,I contacted Warwick UK,but had no reply.I then spoke to Grand Master Flo and he suggested I email the complaints dept. at Warwick de.After a couple of emails from H.P.Wilfer(yes,really),to check which machine head it was,a new machinehead arrived in the post today.
Many Thanks Warwick!!!

Sounds like the same problem I'm having....tuner won't tighten up. If I still don't hear back from the distributor (I don't have a dealer anywhere around here) I'll try Warwick direct. Then again I might just upgrade to Hipshots to avoid this again...but I shouldn't have to do that on a bass that lists for $3000.
