i've read some really great feedbacks on this head on Harmony Central, but there were some disturbing ones about this amplifier. However, 90% of them say that this is the best head for it's price. I got an offer, the guy would sell me for 100 euros USED. I tried it on a pretty messed up cab, it worked okay, i was really pleased, but there was no way for me to test it seriously. Would you recommend me to buy this amp head? I need one for a small scale gigs, the club is like 80 square meters, but it's not too wide. Is a 300W amp enough for a gig like that? Is it reliable enough?

Sure - they're a great sounding, reliable head. Go for it. It will be plenty loud enough for an 80sq metre venue in small scale gigs.

it's really important to me that it has a clean sound when volumed up, the bass is really important in my band.
