hey folks!

i contacted warwick for some replacement parts for my older wicks but didn't get any answers from them.
quite unusual because i've contacted warwick twice already for some other questions and big boss h.p. always answered me quickly and made offers to satisfy me.
but now i'm sitting here already 3 weeks without any reply:((

well i still got you guys:) maybe y'all can help me out:

i had bought this 87 streamer with the trussrod which doesn't worked. i fixed it temporary but i'm sure it will break again. so i asked for a new truss rod which warwick used back in '87.

after this i thought this would be the perfect time to order some other stuff if they're still available which would be:
- removable trussrod from 87
- same just from 88 up (the 88 don't match with the 87!)
- truss rod cover "thumb bass" "warwick streamer bass"
- screws for the trussrod cover in black and in gold
- screws for soapbar pick ups in black and in gold
- 3x9v batterie captivity
- 6 string broadneck jan1

did i over-reacted with this bunch of wishes that warwick didn't reply?
anyway... do you guys know if i can find this somewhere or even know if those parts are available from a other company?

some of the stuff (jan, screws etc.) is available at the web shop)

i know about the web-shop but they don't offer any broadneck jan1 such as the classic screws...
there only these plastic screws which i think doesn't match to the old trussrod-cover and i want to keep my wicks so original as they are.
is this guy from germany or may i better just write him in english?
 
He speaks English very good. Also please write to [email protected] , and tell about the missing answer, maybe it is a problem somewhere.

hey buddy actually I had a look before I answered

Sound of Wood - Just a Nut, Messing (6-Saiter)

both types 53mm and 55 mm are available as Jan 1

the screws are the same (believe me)

as for the truss rod covers I got 2 vintage Streamer covers from c.hoyer for free a while ago (they came with the original screws:-)


just take some time and look ;-)

way too cool c.hoyer is indeed a very nice person and have already answerd my mail from yesterday night and will contact me on tuesday with the result.
what a good start for the day. now this is service:)
