I'm not that familar with these cables, but aren't there some basses out there, like the Jerzy Drozd for Yves Carbonne, that are tuned all the way down to C# (lower than the Dark Lord's F#), so shouldn't there be strings available too ?? I bet it's really tough to find those strings though. I think I've also read that the gauges will be different than what Warwick is offering.............So maybe you won't have a 0.175" for the low F#........ :roll:

That's a good point.I dunno what strings or what gauges Yves or Jacquo use for their C# strings.Maybe a custom set.
I'll ask jerzy,see what he says.
