Used Infinity 5 SN & Vampyre 5 SN (Which will hold it's value in the long term?)

I know both of these models have been discontinued and my question being which will be more desireable and hold it's value in the future? I just picked up a Vampyre 5SN last week and now I"m thinking about trading it for an Infinity. I'd also like the hear views about tone.

I only know the Infinity SN which i have had, its tone is kind of dry and very distictive (hard to describe) the Vampire SN is as scarce as the infinity, thats all i know...

Depends....do you want it to be worth more to you in terms of feel/play/looks/sound, or do you just want something rare you can pass on after a while? I think both are pretty unique in terms of sound, woods and definetley in the looks.

Anyways, the Vampyre`s I`ve seen on the market gets sold pretty fast, so that they have a certain following or appeal to people is certain.

Good point. I brought the Vampyre to practice, and it really sounded great. My wife ever complimented it (She's our keyboardist), she even said that she preferred it more than than the Thumb NT . I'm curious to find out any many Vampyre SN and Infinity SN's were built. Anyhow, it looks like I'm keeping the Vampyre SN,, for not at least.
