Hey everyone,
I have finally decided where I want my niche in the music industry to be... I want to be a sound engineer in a recording studio while being a recording / gigging bassist on the side.
I've been doing a ton of research recently trying to find good self-education tools, as self-education is my only option at the moment for learning about sound engineering. In doing so, I came across these two sites. Both have just started up and really are awesome networking / education resources for anyone involved with and / or interested in the recording process:
