Tubepath 10.1 fans

Hi Guys
Bought a Tubepath 10.1 about a month ago. Noticed tonight that both fans have stopped working. The do kick in if you give them a push. ????
Anyone got any ideas otherwise I'm gonna have to send it back to Germany.

Hey mate,
are you sure they arent spinning slowly?Then when the amp heats up,they go fast?
You shouldnt have to send the amp all the way back to Germany just for a fan,your dealer can handle it.It's under warranty. :wink:
 
Nope, not working at all. I think it's more likely a circuit problem rather than a fan problem as it's affecting both fans and I bought it from Thomann so unfortunately dealer is in Germany :(
 
Oh ok.It seems like alot of money to spend on shipping for such an easy fix.But if it's Hans Thomanns money,then why not.
Try emailing them,they might have someone local you can use.
 
It seems to be a problem, yes... Contact Thomann and tell us how they will deal with it.
 
I had a problem with the Tubepath not long after I bought it from Thomann. It just shut down after a fuse near the transistor blew. What Thomann did, was they sent a courier to pick up the amp, took it back to Germany, fixed it and sent it back to me, all under warranty and for free. It is working perfectly fine now. I did not get any explanation whatsoever about the problem though.
Be sure to contact thomann and explain them yr situation, they will help you out. I'd call them on the phone if I were you, e-mails take 4ever sometimes.
