Tips on getting band recognition?

My best advice would be to make a good looking press pack. It's really not THAT much work to do, and it really gives your band a very professional touch.

Also, with the ease of affordability and availability of cool disc labeling suystems like printable discs and lightscribe drives, it's probably worth your while to look into something like this.

How much is gas/petrol over there now? It's £4 a gallon over here ... roughly $8.

At the time it was around $4 I believe... Being the cheap person I'am... I hate paying for it.

It's quite a bit lower now... Although I tend to drive alot now that we're doing practice 3 times a week, plus quite a few shows here and there.
