you are all talking bout' thomann as europe's local music store, but how does that 30 days money back works?

can you tell me every thing about it?

i read about on the website but didn't really get it

in Denmark its very expensive to post something big so wouldnt it be expensive to return an amp and a cab? sorry for my english

i'm a regular thomann customer and i works like that: you write them and inform you that you would like to return an item and they send you a freeway ticket (at least in germany) then you pack the items in the packaging you received from thomann and fill in the yellow form they included and send it off to them. a week later or so you will have the money back on your bank account.

it's pretty easy and works just fine.
