They must be different....

CCL ND8 has an 8 OHM speaker, and an output for an extra 8 Ohm cabinet.
Without any extension, it will work ar 8 ohms, so it will not have 250 W, but more like... 180 W
With an extension cabinet it will deliver the full 250 W.

CCL ND 4, has a 4 ohm speaker, it has no output for extension cabinet, and it delivers always 250 W in it's own cabinet.

So... if you want to use an extension, buy CCL ND 8. Without the extension it will be wuieter than ND4
That's why if you want to use the combo alone, buy the ND 4
