BTW: A friend of mine fronts a glam rock band. He wears make up, (fake) fur coats, fake nails, he's a big fan of T-Rex, Bowie, .. During the week he doesn't drink beer or wine but (Aldi) champagne.. A real glamrocker.
But he has one real big problem in his life: He has a beautiful wife and some nice kids. But he desperately wants to be gay, but he isn't:) Poor guy:) He can live with it now.


BTW2: I don't want this thread going into a gay/straight discussion. Like politics, music, religion... Everybody has its own choice. Do what you wanna do! I respect anyone's choices. (But I do dislike people who like gold hardware and play basses with more than 4-strings!) (Kidding:D )

In the second vid you see me playing through a Hellborg:) But nowadays the '76 Thunderbird is kinda retired (*) and replaced by a Stryker and sometimes a Buzzard. More vods to follow with Warwick-content!

(*) One way or another I just love the Bird. But it's very fragile and I am afraid to leave it on small stages in small bars.

Anybody saw the canadian documentary "Metal: A Headbanger Journey"? there is this part about gender, homo erotism, and sexual identity in heavy metal, glam rock or whatever you call it...

Basically, they said that if you wanted to be a man, you really had to dress like a woman, because only a real man would have enough gut to do that... Metal and stuff bore me, but I enjoyed this documentary, and most of the guys featured... You guys made me think about this part of the documentary...


Interesting subject, though.
