But GOD, Pus have been changed, bridge too, preamp and EQ too, the bass is dirty as ♣♣♣♣... 3,500???

lulz

I don't mind the pickup route, bit that kiilllssss the value for resale. I would pay $2000 at most and take it for a refret and inspection ASAP... You can see the fret edges raising up a bit. I don't even want to think.about the truss rod.

What is that a thumb stage 2?

I've never seen an afrezia thumb

Zebrano lamination? Wahhhh?

sorry - buthave to say that I am pretty convinced that this actually is afzelia:-)
not sure about the zebrano (could be afzelia as well)

probably hpw was experimenting with woods at the time.

This is on of the first Wick 5ers.

Since I've been outbid, here's a rare lined fretless Pro M 5-string:

www.ebay.com/itm/111521386582

It's lined fretless, so the fingerboard looks EXACTLY like a fretted Warwick... i.e. no confusion unless you also get confused playing fretted.

This is a fake offer. Appears there from time to time. You always recognize it if you look at the date of joining Quoka. "Active member" since yesterday... Once I saw there an own offer. They copied all, text and pics.

Not really sure. I got a '93 Thumb NT 5 for 750 €, found on Quoka. It has a ding and a slight crack, but plays like...hell. Love it.

Are Dolphin Pro2's the new 70's Jazz?

i.e. absolutely hated forever and then all of a sudden desirable?

Don't know. Always loved the Dolphin Pro2, even more now that I can compare it to a Pro1.
What this guy did is really lovely.
