This is almost exactly like that 'P Nut' signature I posted above. The one I posted had a blank headstock.

What if "Warwick Retail" is the brand's name?

Like that 6 stringed LX but way expensive for a LX and with shipping/tax - pass

For those of you who are asking "an 8-string Rockbass?? Is that real??"
I talked to Juaquín from Doctorbass and he told me it is indeed a Rockbass Corvette $$ 4 that he took to his luthier, and using Warwick hardware, they converted it into an 8 stringer. I´m planning to visit Doctorbass and hope this bass is still available to try.

BTW, they also converted a korean StarBass II 4 into an 8 stringer, but I think that was already sold.

Slow down guys, this is not a "frankenbass", like the 8-string Rockbass.

That corvette is a Special Edition for Spain. Warwick and its spaniard distributor created a lot of Sp. Ed. series few years ago.

This in particular came in 4 and 5 strings. 4 stringers have P/P pups and 5 stringers have soapbars, IIRC.
BTW, I tried a 4 stringer just like that one and was a beast of a bass. I remember they were asking more than 2100€ for it.
