I know the guy, it's like new, perfectly cared, waxed... seems expensive but when i see if i had to order one like that now... 😐 3 times what he asks, am i wrong ?

Folks, please take a look at the output socket (recessed and angled) and tell me if this is normal for an SS2 of the period? I've only ever seen the barrel jacks flush with the curved edge of the body on warwicks but my experience is a bit limited.

jack: it does not look „original“ to me…nor does the paint job!…imho the price is much too high…if you are happy with the bass (soundwise) and you can live with the „battle scars“ I would not spend more than €1800 - 1900 if the bass is working (trussrod ok etc etc)…

the bass neck has got the „volute“..therefore the trussrod cannot be replaced easily (like with pre 96 Warwicks). If anything wrong with the trussrod (i.e. the nut worked out) you will face an expensive repair! So, better check twice before making the deal☝️🤔
