So, how do we record.. Original track on the left and own bass on the right?

Mixing D.I.'d vids and Mic'd vids will result in a messy video in the end I guess so it will be nice for whoever mixes the vid to have each bass track isolated so he/she is able to mix the various bass tracks with the original song.

I think, as not everyone in the forum have the means to record D.I.´d, everyone do it the best way the could, that could be messy, but it will add a nice palette of sounds to the final mix.

About the track, and this is VERY IMPORTANT: Everyone that participates HAS to play with the "official track". I mean, we can´t accept vids made with different audio tracks because that would be impossible to mix.
I´ll post here which version of the song would be use. I think a studio version should be the best in order to do the final video mixing as easy as it gets.

As always, any idea, advice, or critic will be wellcome.
